Shipping policy

Gustav offers flexible service options for your convenience.

Available service types:

1. Courier Pickup & Return (10 GEL)  
The courier will come to your address, collect the items, and return them after cleaning.

2. Courier Pickup, Store Collection (5 GEL)
The courier collects the items from your address, and after completion, you can pick them up from your preferred store location. Courier service fee is fixed.

3. In-Store Service  
You can also bring your items directly to one of our store locations and receive service there.

Processing and delivery time depends on the type of service and the condition of the items.

The customer must ensure availability at the specified address during courier visits.

In case of delays or changes, Gustav will inform the customer in advance.
